Won't be too
long now boys. I'm sure I'm not speaking for myself when I say, I'm more
than ready to get going. I know our flights are booked and had to pay
extra for Pole putting us over the weight limit again. Be ready to buy the
Bloody Mary's big fella. And don't burn the nuts this year.
I see the annual friendly (not) wager is, once again, going against the GLC with
little or no hope of recovery. Guess I'll be bustin' a piggy bank to cover the
loss, again. Who comes up with these lopsided bets anyway?
Time to start
looking in the catalogs for stuff I don't need and buy it. If my memory is
correct (the chances being zero and none) I was slayin' 'em last year and plum
wore out my reels (yes plural). Taking into account Don will be leaving 20
or 30 of his rigs behind, there'll be room for a few new trinkets.
Lake levels look
to be on par with last year and a quick gander at the
Halls Crossing webcam, no apparent changes await us at the dock. The Moon
Calendar indicates a big bright moon will be joining us. Sweet!!
